We are LolaJack. We run an online casino, a live casino with human dealers, a jackpot room, a sportsbook, in-play betting and a horse racing book, and we run all six on one account and one balance. You deposit once and that money is available in every part of what we do, with nothing to transfer and no second wallet to fund. LolaJack also runs a coin economy on top of the cash side: challenges pay out coins, our wheel and our collections add prizes, and our shop turns coins back into rewards. Below we set out what we hold, what we pay, what we ask for and where our paperwork lives, with the figures as we publish them.
LolaJack operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2. We take customers who are eighteen years of age and over, and no one below that age may hold an account with us. Our full terms sit in our Terms and Conditions, and the following documents are published alongside them.
| Document | What it settles | When you need it |
|---|---|---|
| Terms and Conditions | Account rules, bonuses, payments, closure | Before your first deposit |
| Privacy Notice | What data we hold and why | When you ask about your data |
| Cookies Notice | What we store in your browser | At your first visit |
| Responsible Gaming | Limits, breaks, self-exclusion | Whenever you want the controls |
| Payments | Routes, minimums, processing | Before funding or cashing out |
| Help Centre | Answers to common account questions | Before contacting us |
Two things follow from the LolaJack terms that we would rather state than leave implied. Our bonus rules are part of our terms, not separate from them, so a bonus condition and a general condition are read together. And where a promotional tile and the full text of an offer differ, the text shown when you claim the offer is the one that binds us and you.

The LolaJack casino runs on slots, and we group them so that you can search by how a game behaves rather than only by its name. Five groups cover almost everything we hold.
| Group | How the game behaves | Titles we carry |
|---|---|---|
| Hold and win | Symbols lock, respins count down | Thunder Step Hold and Win, Hot Step Hold and Win |
| Classic reels | Few lines, plain paytable | 50 Super Hot, Hot Gem Bells, 40 Power Hot Golden Coins |
| Bonanza and cluster | Cascading wins, no fixed lines | Bonanza Billion, Totem Tower Bonanza, Hot Bonanza |
| Feature slots | One built bonus round | Book of Glory, Legacy of Desperados, Duel of Wizards |
| Instant games | A result without reels | Cash Ladder Line and similar formats |
Named across the LolaJack library you will find Hell Yeah, Viking Bonanza, Wolf o’ Loot, Treasure Jet, Hell Streak, Fury Dragon, Mega Mummy, Toad Town, 777 Rainbow Rampage, Zombie Dogs, Goldmine Express, Going Ape, Hell Fishing, 3 Apex Treasures and Hot Step 2 Extreme. New titles arrive continuously and we mark them as they land. Two LolaJack search shortcuts are worth knowing. Bonus buys collects every game where the feature round can be bought outright, and Megaways collects the games whose number of winning ways changes each round. Both are ways of choosing volatility deliberately instead of by accident. LolaJack also runs a weekly provider slot and a streamers’ selection. Both exist for the same reason: popularity lists feed themselves, and a shelf ordered only by play counts buries good games. Once a week we put a single studio forward, and we carry an outside selection alongside our own.

LolaJack live tables are dealt by people in a studio and run to the dealer’s clock rather than to your click. Roulette is the widest part of it, and we carry eight variants because they are not interchangeable.
| Table | What is different about it | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Roulette Française | Single zero, its own rule on zero | Players watching the house edge |
| 500x Vegas | Random multipliers on straight numbers | Players who want spread |
| Roulette 600x | Higher multiplier ceiling | The same, at a longer reach |
| 120x Dynamic | Multiplier changes each round | A middle setting between the two |
| Roulette Cabaret 2 | Studio set and presentation | Players who want the room |
| Port Roulette | Regional edition | Play in a familiar language |

LolaJack blackjack runs alongside it, including VIP tables and our Gold Saloon room, which carries its own tables under names such as Gold Saloon Super Stake Blackjack VIP and Gold Saloon Super Boost. Gold Saloon is a dedicated area with its own stake ranges and not a single table sitting inside the main list. Beyond the two big LolaJack games we deal baccarat and dice, poker against the house, and game shows with a wheel and a presenter. We also run international tables, where the dealer speaks a language other than English, for players who would rather not play in translation.
Jackpots are a separate LolaJack room, not a shelf inside the slots. We sort them three ways plus a full listing, and the sorting matters because a progressive pool grows with every stake until it drops.
| Room | What it holds | Why you would go there |
|---|---|---|
| Hot jackpots | Pools with heavy play | Mature pools, more contributors |
| Lucky jackpots | Our own grouping | Titles carrying the label |
| New jackpots | Recently added titles | Pools still near their starting level |
| All jackpots | Everything we hold | No pre-selection |
Robin Hoodwink, Extra Crown Coin Bonus, 3 Pots Wishes and Shooting Stars are among the titles we run there. One honest point about all jackpot games, ours included: the pool is funded from a slice of every stake, and that slice is money not paid back in ordinary rounds. Base play on a jackpot title runs a little leaner, and the whole of the difference sits in the rare event.

LolaJack takes bets on nine disciplines before play starts, we price the same events while they are running, and we run horse racing as a book of its own rather than as a folder inside the sportsbook.
| Book | What we price | When it runs |
|---|---|---|
| Sportsbook | Soccer, tennis, hockey, basketball, table tennis, baseball, football, volleyball | Ahead of kick-off |
| Live betting | The same events, prices moving in play | During the match |
| Horse racing | Race meetings across the card | Through the afternoon |
LolaJack gives racing its own book because it runs on a calendar that owes nothing to a league season and settles many short bets in a single afternoon. Nine disciplines is not the longest list in the market and we will not pretend it is; we would rather carry deep league coverage in nine than two markets each in thirty. The LolaJack betting side runs its own promotions, separate from the casino bonuses set out below. Sports offers and casino offers do not share a counter and cannot be combined into one wagering balance.

Eight bonuses are running in the LolaJack casino at the moment. Five are priced in cash and three in USDT, and the two sets run in parallel: the route you deposit through decides which of them you can claim.
| Bonus | Track | What it pays | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome Package | Cash | 400% up to $22,500 | 400 |
| Crypto Welcome Bonus | Crypto | 400% up to 20,000 USDT | 400 |
| Weekly Reload | Cash | 70 free spins | 70 |
| Weekend Reload Bonus | Cash | $750 | 70 |
| Crypto Weekly Reload | Crypto | 60% up to 1,000 USDT | — |
| Weekend Crypto Reload | Crypto | 75% up to 750 USDT | 100 |
| Daily Cashback | Cash | 15% up to $375 | — |
| Live Cashback | Cash | 25% up to $300 | — |
LolaJack wagering requirements, maximum stakes and expiry periods are set per bonus and are published in the full text of each offer and in our terms, not in the short headline. We say this plainly because a wagering requirement changes what a rate is worth more than the rate does. One LolaJack figure we do not print anywhere and probably should: the deposit at which each ceiling takes over. Past that point a larger deposit earns no further bonus under that offer.
| Bonus | Rate | Ceiling | Deposit that fills it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome Package | 400% | $22,500 | $5,625 |
| Crypto Welcome Bonus | 400% | 20,000 USDT | 5,000 USDT |
| Crypto Weekly Reload | 60% | 1,000 USDT | 1,667 USDT |
| Weekend Crypto Reload | 75% | 750 USDT | 1,000 USDT |
The two LolaJack rebates are worth separating as well, because the higher rate is not automatically the stronger offer. The daily rebate pays 15% and caps at $375, which it reaches at $2,500 of losses. The live-table rebate pays 25% and caps at $300, which it reaches at $1,200. Smaller amounts at our live tables get more back from the 25% line; larger sums across a full day stay inside the daily rebate for twice as long. They run on separate counters and neither cancels the other.
LolaJack runs leaderboard tournaments with $850,000 in prizes across the programme. That figure covers many events and many finishing places rather than one payout, so the numbers that decide whether an event is worth entering are the prize distribution and the minimum qualifying stake, both set out in each tournament’s own terms.
| What we run | What it pays | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Tournaments | $850,000 in prizes | Leaderboards over a fixed window |
| Challenges | $5,000 in coins | Set tasks that pay out coins |
| Wheel of Fortune | Up to $1,000 | Prizes drawn on a spin |
| Collections | $7,000 to claim | Rewards for completing a set |
| Shop | $1,500 in rewards | Where coins are spent |
LolaJack coins cannot be bought from us. They come out of challenges, the wheel and completed collections, and they go back in through the shop. That means the coin side measures how much you play rather than how much you deposit, and an account playing modest amounts that finishes its collections can end up ahead of one that deposits heavily and never opens the challenges page. A word on LolaJack tournaments from our side: if you are already playing, join, because the leaderboard runs alongside what you were doing anyway. If entering would mean raising your stake to reach a qualifying minimum, we would rather you left it. Chasing a mid-table finish is the one case where a tournament makes an account worse off, not better.

The LolaJack VIP club has five ranks: Ember, Frost, Glacier, Blaze and Supreme. You join it rather than being placed into it, and you move through it on points earned from real-money play. This is our opening rank in full.
| Ember level | Points | Reward | Cashback | Withdrawal ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 – join | 1 | — | — | $7,500 |
| 2 | 35 | $0.75 | — | $7,500 |
| 3 | 80 | $1.50 | — | $7,500 |
| 4 | 130 | $2.25 | — | $7,500 |
| 5 | 180 | $3.00 | — | $7,500 |
Two straight statements about the LolaJack ladder. The cash rewards on the early levels are small and we are not going to describe seventy-five cents as anything else. And the withdrawal ceiling does not move inside Ember: $7,500 stands across all five levels, because that ceiling belongs to the rank. Climbing within Ember will not raise it; changing rank will. What does change with LolaJack rank is the part we cannot print as a figure. At Ember you have our on-site promotions and live chat around the clock. Personalised offers and a personal VIP manager are locked, and those two are the reason to climb, because they are not available from us any other way. Weigh the club there rather than on the reward column.

LolaJack does not publish a separate app on the app stores. LolaJack runs in the browser on a phone or tablet, and we offer a shortcut instead: a Create Shortcut option that places an icon on your home screen and opens the site in its own window without the browser bar around it.
| Point | How it works with us | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Installation | A home-screen shortcut, no store download | Nothing to install or update |
| Updates | Delivered from our live site | New games appear at your next visit |
| Account | The same login as on a computer | No separate mobile registration |
| Coverage | Casino, live tables, sports and racing | The full account, not a cut-down version |
| Storage | Almost nothing on the device | Removing the icon does not touch the account |
Two practical LolaJack notes. Live dealer tables and in-play betting are the parts most sensitive to a weak signal, because both depend on a live connection to a running event; slots recover from a brief drop because the result of a round is settled on our side. And if the shortcut option does not appear, it is usually because the page is open in a private browsing window, where saving to the home screen is disabled.

LolaJack takes Visa, Mastercard and Interac, we hold further routes behind our payments page, and we take deposits in USDT, which is also the currency of three of our bonuses.
| Route | How it behaves | What we would tell you first |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard | Credited to your balance in one step | A return leg is not always available |
| Interac | Direct from the bank account | Bound to its region |
| USDT | Carries three of our bonuses | The network charges its own fee on top |
| Further routes | Listed on our payments page | Check the return leg before funding |
LolaJack withdrawals leave by the route the deposit arrived on and must carry your own name. We apply that because it is what shows the person taking money out is the person who put it in, and it is why we cannot pay a third party. Prepaid balances are the standing exception: they take money in and cannot send it back, so we will ask for an alternative route in your name.

LolaJack does not ask for documents at registration. We ask before a first withdrawal, and we ask for an identity document, a proof of address and a proof of the payment route. Send them in the week you open the account and the check finishes while nothing is waiting on it. Send them after requesting money and the check adds its full length to that request. Your withdrawal ceiling is set by your VIP rank and stands at $7,500 at Ember.

LolaJack live chat is open around the clock and is the fastest route for account and payment questions. Our Help Centre answers the questions we get most often, including account opening, password resets, adding a currency and how a bonus is credited. For anything involving documents, screenshots or a payment reference, write to us instead, because a written thread keeps the record that a chat window does not. A message that carries your LolaJack account name, the date and time, the amount, the payment route and any reference number can usually be closed in one reply. A message without them takes three, and the three are ours as much as yours.
LolaJack games carry a mathematical edge in our favour. That is how we exist as a business, and we would rather write it down than have it discovered. Any single session can go either way inside that edge, and no amount of play changes the direction it points. The controls are in your LolaJack account: limits on deposits, on losses and on session length, a break when you want to step back and a permanent exclusion when you want the door shut. Lowering a limit applies at once. Raising one waits out a delay, and we will not shorten that delay on request, because the delay is the point. If LolaJack stops feeling like a game, speak to someone independent of us. In the United Kingdom, GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, free and confidential, and BeGambleAware publishes self-assessment tools and lists local treatment services. Both will talk to friends and family as readily as to players.
